The two conferences focused on helping brands elevate the customer experience will be held concurrently at the Omni Frisco Hotel near Dallas on June 4-6.

Networld Media Group, producer of the Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Summit and CONNECT: The Mobile CX Summit, has announced plans to co-locate the two conferences in 2019. They will be held on June 4-6 at the Omni Frisco Hotel in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

“Both of these events are targeted to brands that want to elevate the customer experience through the use of interactive technology,” said Kathy Doyle, Networld’s president and publisher. “It just makes sense to bring them together under one roof.”

Attendees will be able to access both Summits for the price of just one.  Registration is open now and early bird pricing is in effect until January 25.
