Digital Client Services Coordinator

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Digital Client Services Coordinator is to ensure client satisfaction by implementing and maintaining client campaigns and working with sales to develop mock ups, proposals, etc. for prospects.


Establish and maintain relationships with assigned advertising partners
Daily execution and maintenance of digital campaigns
Monitor performance of digital campaigns, (websites, email newsletters, videos, and other digital products)
Mock-ups and other supportive material for Account Executives

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Organized, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and know how to prioritize
Effective communication
A Minimum of 2-3 years experience in digital marketing
Knowledge of tools, applications and programs in the following areas:
• MS Office
• Analytical tools such as Google Analytics
• Email deployment systems such as Campaigner
• Ad server systems such as DFP/DoubleClick
• Design software programs such as Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of HTML5
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Top-notch organizational skills

Ability to work on a cross-functional team supporting marketing, sales, editorial and audience development within the entire media organization a requirement.

This is a work in-office position.
