The first-ever edition of Food Truck Operator’s free “Food Trucks to Watch in 2023” report offers an insider look at two dozen food truck operations across the U.S. — from how they got rolling to marketing approaches.
The free report shares insight from entrepreneurs heavily committed to the $1.2 billion industry on how they’re achieving success via innovative social media strategy to customer engagement to expanding whether it’d be through franchising or launching physical restaurant locations.
“We reached out to food truck operations nationwide requesting nominations for this inaugural report and the response was robust which is indicative of the food truck market and its potential,” said Judy Mottl, editor of Food Truck Operator.
It’s an exciting time for the food truck industry. The industry has grown 13.7% from 2017, with an annual growth rate of 3.4% expected this year, and as of January of 2022 there were over 35,000 food trucks up and running, according to data from IBISWorld.
The report nomination process required food truck operators to share insight on founding to social media initiatives and the insight shared is invaluable for “wanna be” food truck operators and even experienced operators seeking new ideas and strategies.
