Self-service technologies continue to advance at a fast pace, creating more ways for brands, retailers and service providers to better engage with customers.

The Self-Service Innovation Summit, being held Dec. 14-16 in Hollywood, Florida, is addressing the expanding self-service opportunities in a panel session, “New Self-Service Technologies for a Changing World,” at 10 a.m. on Dec. 15, in which experts will explore what brands and service providers are doing to improve customer experiences.
