If you are involved in the financial industry, banking, fintechs or self-service banking, you have an opportunity to network and learn at the Bank Customer Experience Summit, held in Chicago from Aug. 31 to Sept. 1. However, you have to act fast, as online registration closes Aug. 26.
The event will open with a keynote by Stephen K Griffin, SVP, director of the Retail Distribution Planning group, Regions Bank, who will speak on the future of bank branches and how they will evolve in the post-COVID world.
Following the keynote, the summit will finish out Aug. 31 with a Banker’s Roundtable panel, where bankers will share their experiences and thoughts on major banking trends, and the Bank Customer Experience Awards, which will honor winners in the areas of self-service banking, digital banking and banking innovation.
“I’m looking forward to the BCX awards. Every year I feel like we get a master class in innovation when we hear what each FI or vendor has done to warrant such industry recognition. From branch design to tech integration to community engagement, these case studies help the rest of the industry see what can be done,” said Tom Harper, CEO of Networld Media Group, the parent company of Bank Customer Experience Summit.
The second day of the event will feature a full day of panels on topics of importance to the financial industry including:
- Self-service strategies.
- Marketing automation to improve customer loyalty.
- How to build a better bank culture.
- How to partner with fintechs.
- Delivering successful omnichannel banking experiences.
Of particular note to ATM Marketplace readers is the self-service strategies for success panel, which will gather experts from BMO Financial Group, Jewel Bank, First Bank and Comerica Bank to discuss how banks can successfully deploy self-service experiences such as ATMs and ITMs.
“I find it exciting that allowing for self-service in certain instances improves the customer experience while also allowing for more efficient operations which can reduce expenses. If done right, everyone wins,” Jeffrey Kaufman, CTO, Jewel Bank, said in an email.
No matter what your role is in the financial industry, everyone will benefit from attending. Click here to register. You can use the code AMCEDIT20 for 20% off at checkout. Act fast as online registration ends on Aug. 26.
