The event, which will be held in tandem with the ICX Summit, which starts on Sept. 11, will gather retailers, restaurants, banks, fintechs and more to discuss key customer experience issues and solutions. The BCX segment of the joint event will kick off with a keynote by Erin Cohee, VP of customer experience at OneUnited Bank on how to understand your customer on a deeper level and act on that data.
OneUnited Bank is a Black-owned financial institution, which aims to deliver affordable financial services and financial literacy.
