As the banking industry continues its transformational shift, members of the Interactive Customer Experience Association (ICX Association) are taking advantage of exclusive insights and eLearning Master Series to enhance the customer experience through retail banking branch transformation.

Jean-Pierre Lacroix, ICX Association advisory board member and President of Shikatani Lacroix Design, has alluded to the wide range of factors impacting the banking-industry shift. According to Lacroix, these factors include:
