2023 will be a big year for the Bank Customer Experience Summit, which gathers bankers, self-service vendors and fintechs to network and discuss banking trends. This year, the summit will be combined with the ICX Summit from Sept. 12 to 13 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This year’s Bank Customer Experience Summit will be co-located with the Interactive Customer Experience Summit in Charlotte, North Carolina. The combined event will bring together CX leaders from banking, retail, hospitality and other verticals. This combo event will give attendees an opportunity to hear from customer experience innovators in multiple verticals including retail, restaurants, hospitality and, of course, banking.
The ICX Summit will start on Sept. 11 with the Bank Customer Experience Summit starting on Sept. 12 through the 13. Attendees will receive entry to both events with one badge.
The ICX portion will discuss a variety of topics during breakout sessions such as delivering a 3D virtual shopping experience, preventing fraud, the metaverse and more.
For the Bank Customer Experience portion of the summit, breakout sessions will also cover intriguing topics such as:
- Buying crypto at the ATM.
- Wearables and banking.
- Branch design.
- Labor issues.
- Small businesses and banking.
The event will also feature combined sessions, such as the CXO roundtable which will bring together executives from banks, restaurants and hospitality to discuss challenges with customer experience. In that way, attendees will be able to learn from a variety of verticals and apply those lessons for their own industries.
In addition, attendees will be able to network and see innovation on display during the Elevate and BCX Awards ceremony. The BCX Awards will honor banks that are innovators in the banking space, while the Elevate Awards will focus on innovators in the customer experience space.
