Dave Wurm has been named chief sales officer for Networld Media Group, a B2B and B2C publisher of websites based in Louisville, Kentucky, according to a press release.

Wurm has more than 33 years of experience in the advertising world. Prior to joining Networld Media Group, Wurm spent time at American City Business Journals — Business First of Louisville and a local newspaper in Ohio.

“Dave has worked tirelessly at Networld Media Group helping build the portfolio of products, including 10 business sites and five industry events,” Kathy Doyle, CEO of Networld Media Group, said in the release. “His customer relationships are rock solid based on the sales service he provides. Dave’s top goal is always to help a customer grow their business.”

“Networld Media Group has built a vast portfolio,” Wurm said in the release. “In all the various verticals, we serve to keep you abreast of what is happening in your industry. For my customers who have been with me since day one from a partnership perspective, I would not be in this position without you. Thank you!

“A partnership is just that — our organization and you, our clients, work together to create that winning combination. Consider us as your extended marketing team, both from a marketing and PR standpoint. We work for you, without being on your payroll.”
