Nominations are now being accepted for the 2024 Elevate Awards which will recognize and honor organizations effectively leveraging technology to elevate the customer experience.

The awards program aims to inspire retailers and brands on how tech can be used to develop and craft exceptional customer experiences and honor those innovators who are leading innovative CX.

A panel of judges will choose five winners as well as an “Innovator of the Year,” with winners being chosen based on innovative use of technology to enhance and improve customer satisfaction, engagement and loyalty.

Nominations are open to retailers and brands across industries and of any size. The submitted CX tech effort must be a project completed after January 1, 2023. The deadline for nominations is May 31, 2024, and there is a nomination fee of $200.00.

Winners will be announced at the annual Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Summit being held Sept. 9-11, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The summit explores the strategies and technologies that innovative brands are implementing to create amazing experiences for their customers.

Attendees will learn from leading brands — retail, hospitality, travel, restaurants, banking and more — and retail leaders will share what’s worked for them, what hasn’t, and what new things they’re planning for the future.

The 2023 Elevate Awards winners featured Elo Touch Solutions (which won for its work on the Taco Bell Defy Welcome Monitor, an interactive technology solution for Taco Bell’s next-gen, two-story drive-through store, OnQ (for its interactive digital swatch panel experience), Vuse (for its palm scanning and ID/age verification solution), Parla Retail Ltd. (for its interactive cross-platform solutions) and LG, which won the ICX Customer Experience Excellence award for its work helping a restaurant client deploy four LG CLOi ServeBots. RobotLab partnered with LG on the project.

The ICX Summit also presents a tremendous opportunity for retailers and brands to take the stage and share CX strategies as well as insight on the many issues and topics that come into play with the retail customer experience.
