Annual awards honor the individuals and organizations that are pacesetters in using technology to elevate the customer experience. Winners to be announced at ICX Summit in June.

The Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Association is now accepting nominations for its annual Elevate Awards.

The awards honor the individuals and organizations that are pacesetters in using technology to elevate the customer experience. 2018 Elevate Award winners included:

• ZIVELO — Best ICX Deployment: Restaurant
• Reflect Systems — Best ICX Deployment: Retail
• Under Armour — Best ICX Deployment: E-commerce
• Sleep Number — ICX Deployment of the Year
• Panera Bread — ICX Influencer of the Year

This year, nominations will be accepted in the following categories:

• Best Mobile ICX
• Best Digital Signage ICX
• Best Retail ICX
• Best Restaurant ICX
• Best Hotel/Hospitality ICX
• Best Kiosk ICX
• Best Emerging Technology in ICX
• Best Omnichannel ICX

ICX Association also has announced that the “Influencer of the Year” award, which recognizes an individual or company that has contributed substantially to the field of interactive customer experience technology, will now be known as the “Lyle Bunn Influencer of the Year Award” in honor of the digital signage industry consultant who passed away last year.

“Lyle was an incredible influencer in the digital signage industry and in the interactive experience industry, both as a consultant and as a connector who constantly helped put people in contact with each other, to their mutual benefit,” said Christopher Hall, managing director of ICX Association. “I’d hoped and planned to one day give this award to Lyle himself, but since I missed my chance, this is one small way to honor someone who helped so much and so many.”

The deadline for submitting nominations for the 2019 Elevate Awards is March 31. Winners will be announced at the ICX Summit on June 4-6 in Dallas. The annual conference will be co-located this year with CONNECT: The Mobile CX Summit.
